Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations are possible if your order has not begun processing. We do allow size exchanges and returns (within 30 days of purchase) if merchandise is damaged, defective or an incorrect item was sent. We want to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase, if there are any questions or concerns regarding your order please contact us at mgmt@officiallyzenas.com. Please be sure to include your order number. You are responsible for the cost of a return, unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the fault of the company.

All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection and will be determined at our sole discretion. We will send you an email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. We will not accept worn, damaged, or washed merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, you authorize us to charge the return shipping costs to your original payment source.

Damaged Item

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide photos of the damage or defect and we will be happy to exchange the item for you. We will not be responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been washed or worn.

Incorrect Item

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please provide photos of the item received (including the tag size) and we will be happy to exchange the item for you. We will provide you with a return label for the incorrect item and will ship you the correct item upon receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item simply return the item to the address provided on the packing slip and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund within approximately 3-5 business days. You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange. You may choose any method to ship the item back to us, however, we recommend you obtain a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns. All items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed, worn, or altered.
